About Myself
Hi there! My name is Alexandra,
With over 10 years of experience as a pastry chef, I have had the opportunity to refine my craft in high-end hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants. Creating pastries, cakes, and sweets has always been my passion, and I love experimenting with flavors and textures to bring unique desserts to life. I’d love to create something special for you too! I was diagnosed with celiac disease at 2018, since then I've been experimenting with gluten-free baking, so most of our products are gluten-free as well, although we can't guarantee the absence of cross contamination. I have experienced first hand how happy it can make someone to find quality gluten-free pastries, so my goal is to create this experience for others as well. Our pastries are influenced by French and Hungarian cuisine, because of this, our sortiment is mostly made by mousse cakes and small pastries but I'll try to expand the sortiment as much as I can. I believe in using seasonal ingredients and feel free to contact me with special requests as well.
